Welcoming Stephanie Jennifer Poropat to the Da Capo Teaching Team

We are delighted to welcome Stephanie Jennifer Poropat to the Da Capo teaching team from July.

Stephanie is a highly experienced voice teacher, music educator and vocal health specialist who has recently relocated to Jersey. She brings a wealth of experience from both the UK and Australia, having taught in universities, conservatoires, schools and specialist performing arts settings, including University of Bolton: Shockout and Leeds Junior Conservatoire.

With more than a decade of teaching experience, Stephanie has worked with students of all ages and abilities, from young beginners through to GCSE and A-Level students, conservatoire and university musicians, and professional performers.

Her teaching spans Musical Theatre, Pop, Rock, Jazz and Classical voice, with an emphasis on healthy vocal technique, confidence, musicianship and expressive performance. She is passionate about helping every student discover their own voice while building strong musical foundations.

Exceptional Qualifications

Stephanie holds a Master of Music in Performance and an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Opera Voice from the Royal Northern College of Music, alongside a Master of Teaching in Secondary Music.
